How Gravity Flow Performs

A sealed hopper plus a calibrated outlet aperture keeps the food level constant in the bowl, so the pet always eats from the same height and the owner refills roughly once a week. Kibble from about 6 mm to 14 mm feeds cleanly depending on aperture size, and the outlet angle is tuned to prevent bridging and jamming. Transparent level windows let owners check remaining stock at a glance.

Materials and Stability

Food-grade PP bodies with optional stainless steel bowls, wide anti-slip bases that resist tipping when a large dog pushes in, and smooth interiors that rinse clean without brushes. Water reservoirs are fitted with silicone gaskets and tested for slow seepage.

Quality Control

Leak testing on every waterer, hopper load-bearing and drop testing, colour and odour checks on food-contact parts, plus food-contact safety reports for the destination market. 100% inspection before cartoning.
